Casa situada en el corazón del centro de Santiago de Cuba a solo 60 metros de la Plaza de Marte y 250m del parque Céspedes, somos un matrimonio de profesionales santiagueros y rentamos 3 habitaciones amplias y climatizadas. Cada habitación cuenta con cama matrimonial y personal, baño privado, agua frÃa y caliente, minibar, aire acondicionado, tv, electricidad 110V y 220V, y una de las habitaciones cuenta con una pequeña terraza y otra con una cocina. La casa además posee una acogedora terraza de donde se puede observar gran parte de la ciudad de Santiago de Cuba y que se convierte en un oasis ideal para encontrar tranquilidad para leer, descansar y compartir con familia y amigos dentro la céntrica ubicación de la casa. Se ofrecen los servicios opcionales de desayuno y cena donde se puede degustar de los platos tÃpicos cubanos. Además se gestionan cursos de español, de baile, etc. Se brinda la posibilidad de irlos a esperar en las terminales del bus y aeropuerto, además de comunicarse en inglés. La casa es muy accesible por su posición a los principales centros comerciales, casas de cambio, bancos, museos, lugares históricos- culturales y centros nocturnos, siendo nuestra premisa la Seguridad y el Confort, que garanticen unas vacaciones inolvidables por Santiago de Cuba. Raul and Kathy are a young and very nice couple, who care about the visitors and help with advises. The food was very good and eating on the roof terrace was even better. We had a big room with a balcony, TV set and a great bathroom. Nothing to complain. Very recommended.

Die 4 Zimmer sind sauber und das Hostal ist zentral gelegen, man ist sofort mitten im Geschehen, Nähe Plaza Cespedes, Dolores etc. Das Hostal hat eine schöne Terasse oben wo man ein leckeres Frühstück geniessen kann. Es ist nur zu empfehlen

We had a very nice rooms, big and really comfortable. Family is super friendly. Very helpful people. Kathy is a very good cook and everyone in this house is always smiling. Any question you might have, they will help you out.

We had two very nice rooms, big and really comfortable. This Hostal i well situated with a short walk to the city center and all it has to offer. Raul and Kathy are also very serviceminded and helped us get a really nice stay in Santiago. Nice and rich breakfast! Our rooms were big, well furnished with our own bathrooms, and was cleaned on a daily basis!

Family is super friendly. Very helpful people. Kathy is a very good cook and everyone in this house is always smiling. The make you feel welcome even before you arrive by confirming before through email, etc. When we got there, we left completely comfortable. The house is very clean, beautiful and well-located. Definitely a great casa with great, warm hosts!

This casa is definitely one of the nicest in Cuba! Raul and family are amazing: So friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, close to the main Plaza and the Casa de la trova. The food is extremely good: soup, vegetables, fish or meat - whatever you wish and even nice (!) vegetarian food - and lots of it. Any question you might have, they will help you out. THey also organized me a fantastic guide to see The surroundings of Santiago de Cuba. I travelled through the entire Island and this Casa is definitely part of the top three!

Esta casa es altamente recomendada, los propietarios Raúl y Katy son personas excepcionales que harán de su estancia allà algo muy especial. Muy importante consejo, la comida es excepcional, la recomiendo. Excellent location two blocks from Plaza de Marte, 2 minutes-walk to Plaza de Dolores and 5 minutes-walk from Parque Céspedes. This house is really at the heart of Santiago and its vibrant cultural, artistic life yet the air-conditioned rooms are very quiet and allow for a perfect rest. The rooftop garden/dining/lounge is charming with ferns and other lovely plants all around, nice views and a great place for breakfasts and dinners alike, or just to hang out having a cup of coffee or a drink. Breakfast was really good with fruit, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, juice, coffee and milk. Dinners were very tasty home cooking, comforting and satisfying. The hosts are very helpful with all your queries and offer very good advice. All in all, we had a very pleasant 1 week stay at Hostal Raúl y Kathy during the "Festival del Caribe".
