We recommend this house very especially, it is completely independent, that is to say, the owners don't live in the house. The owners, Mr. Ernesto and their wife Yodaine rents three independent rooms, each one with private bathroom. Each room can be considered a small apartment. They prefer to offers the breakfast and dinner service, thing that I suggest them very especially, will delight with the best kitchen in the area, they specialize in seafood, with a lot of abundance and exquisite taste. You can enjoy a beautiful terrace to enjoy the air of the sea.

This is a beautiful zone of beach South of Matanzas's province where you can accomplish activities of diving, fishes sports, birds's observation and another activities of nature. Beautiful beaches, sun, nature and more at pigs's Bay. National park Zapata and Sitio Ramzar.

We have visited Cuba recently and stayed in several casas choosen via this website from Yosvany. CASA ERNESTO is simply GREAT and the (sea)food that the cook "Jan" " Negro" prepares with a big smile and taste for humour is very good and well cooked infact every day everything is fresh from the fields or the sea nearby. The owners are very nice and kind always willing to help you for everything. Finally we advise everybody to book this house in Playa Larg, You will not regret it and for sure come back. (April 2014)

It is the best house that I have found nearby in Playa Larga and Matanzas.The seafood that the landlady Yodainis offer is very good and well cooked infact every day the fishermen bring in their catch like lobsters or bonefish or pargo.The owners are very nice and kind always willing to help you for everything.Finally I advise everybody to visit this house

We have stayed with Ernesto for 4 years in a row, will always go back. Food is very good and lots of it - we keep telling him we can't eat all that he cooks. It is clean and within walking distance to everything. Ernesto has a fishing guide that lives beside him that will arrange for tarpon, permit of bonefishing for you. He will also arrange for you to be picked up at Veradero airport. We can not say enough nice things about his casa, each morning you see the fishermen bring in their catch while you are eating breakfast. We quite often leave our bags in our room and go to another town for a couple of days (Ernest will supply a driver) and then come back to his place, nothing has ever been missing - they are very trust worthy. If you go to Caleton in Playa Larga stay with Ernesto and his wife you will not regret it.
